Whether on the studio floor or at the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.

Who We’re Looking For

We're seeking a motivated, energetic Instructor to lead BODYBAR Pilates classes that build strength, confidence, and community. You’ll use the BODYBAR method to challenge clients of all fitness levels in a form-focused, high-energy environment. As a key member of the studio team, you'll help create a positive, welcoming experience that keeps members coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be a true BODYBAR ambassador—live the mission and bring the energy to every class
Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method
Guide members with clear, expert cues to ensure safety, alignment, and confidence
Offer upbeat support and help members with modifications, policies, and promotions
Take ownership of your schedule—find subs promptly to maintain top-tier class experience
Build studio community—connect with members before, during, and after class

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Passion for health, fitness, and empowering others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of anatomy and movement
Pilates or group fitness experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program

Compensation: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour
